Account & Registration Obligations

To buy and place the orders then one has to register and log in to the website by providing personal details like name, email, address, phone number etc. It is always suggested to keep your account and registration details current and correct for communications related to your purchases from the site.

Pricing

All the products listed on the website will be sold at MRP unless otherwise specified. The prices mentioned at the time of ordering be the prices charged on the date of the delivery. Although prices of most of the products do not fluctuate daily. But the prices of some of the commodities and fresh food products do change daily. In case the prices are higher or lower on the date of delivery additional charges will be collected or refunded as the case may be at the time of the delivery of the order.

You Agree and Confirm

  • If a non-delivery occurs on account of an error/s by you (like wrong name or incomplete address or any other incorrect information) then any extra cost incurred by DesiFoodees for redelivery shall be paid by you.
  • If a wrong delivery happens on account of an error/s by you (like wrong name or incomplete address or any other incorrect information) then the cost of the products/order and any cost incurred by DesiFoodees for redelivery shall be paid by you.
  • You will provide authentic information in all instances where such information is requested from you. DesiFoodees reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by you at any point in time. If upon confirmation your details are found not to be true (wholly or partly), DesiFoodees has the right in its sole discretion to reject the registration and deactivate your account and stop you from using the Services without prior intimation whatsoever.
  • You are accessing the services available on this website and transacting at your sole risk and are using your best and prudent judgment before entering into any transaction through this website.
  • The shipping address at which delivery of the product ordered by you is to be made will be correct and proper in all respects.
  • All items purchased on the website are made according to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier (shipping partner) for dispatch.

Discount Offers and Coupon Codes

  • To redeem the coupon code, you have to type the coupon code into the promotional box in the booking field of the website and the relevant discount will be automatically deducted from the final price of the qualifying purchase. If you fail to enter the coupon code at the time of purchase as specified, the purchase will not be eligible for the discount. Discounts may not be claimed after confirmation of a purchase of the order on the website.
